In a soaring, light filled room within the Queenscliff Brewhouse sits the new “Tastes of the Region” and “Full Mash Brew Your Own” Microbrewery, our regions first. Filled with all manner of LOCAL – local craft beer, local wine, local food.

This is the perfect venue for anyone looking to get the full Bellarine, Otway & Moorabool tasting experience. They have a large range of local products to try in house, or to purchase and take away with you – it’s a fantastic culinary journey. From locally produced honey and cheese, to locally reared meat specialties and a huge range of jams and preserves, plus much more, you’re bound to find a lot to like!

The Microbrewery adds bling to the room with all its shiny steel and small groups can book and partake in their very own brew day. Besides their signature “Prickly Moses” beers, they also stock over 200 of the finest local, Australian and international craft beers. Knowledgeable staff are on hand to enlighten you on the beer making process and talk you through the tasting paddles of beer.

Company director Andrew Noseda says: “Our goal is to educate guests about beer, wine and local, sustainable coastal cuisine in a one-of-a-kind, fun filled unique setting. Providing a space for local artisan producers, farmers and musicians to showcase their products and talents was a vital part of the company’s brief.”

Tastes of the Region will be open 7 days a week from 7am till 5pm, serving breakfast, lunch and all day tasting paddles, plates and glasses. They will be hosting guest sessions to meet the producers and organising wine, beer and food tastings with information on their Facebook and website pages.
