Apostle Whey Cheese

Located just a short drive from the Twelve Apostles and Great Ocean Road, Apostle Whey Cheese is a great spot to sample an unforgettable wedge of country life. It is the home of award-winning, delectable hand-made cheeses, prepared on a family farm from pure milk produced by contented herd of Jerseys and Friesians.

L’Artisan Cheeses

All cheeses are handmade and have a unique and distinctive personality. Milk is sourced from a single herd in order to reflect the harsh climate of the Great Ocean road. Everything is done by hand, from skimming to moulding, and every batch, every cheese receive special attention.

Austins Wines

The Austins & Co. vineyard is located in Geelong’s Moorabool Valley sub-region, nestled between Geelong and Ballarat. Steeped in history – some 20,000 years ago the Moorabool Valley sat on the bottom of the sea, only to be reclaimed as land by millennia of volcanic activity. The legacy is the tough limestone and basalt base which forms this sub-region’s unique terroir.

Baie Wines

Thei small batch vineyard was established in 2000 and they began producing under their own label in 2006. Grapes are their passion and their wines represent excellent drinkability and an uncompromising representation of our unique maritime cool climate patch that we love so much.

Baie Wines is a true family owned and operated winery – from picking the grapes to selling the wine – the Kuc family does it all, and they wouldn’t have it any other way.

Banks Road Wines

In 2008, the vines at Banks Road produced their first vintage. Since then, another eight and a half acres of vines have been planted and the varieties have increased. Banks Road vineyard now grows Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Shiraz, with thirteen and a half acres under vine.

Bannockburn Winery

His vision was to create a vineyard which would produce Australian wine of a quality to emulate the great wines of France, in particular the great Burgundies. Stuart Hooper had a purist, uncompromising approach to quality grape growing and winemaking. He had a strong belief in making wines which genuinely reflect the flavours of the vineyard. Although Stuart has since passed away, Bannockburn Vineyards remains in the Hooper family and his philosophy remains as the cornerstone behind all we do at Bannockburn today.

Basils Farm

Visit Basils Farm and be seduced by the natural beauty of the location, the panoramic views across Swan Bay, the native birdlife, indigenous plants and trees. Enjoy a walk through the extensive permaculture gardens indulge in a wholesome, house made dish in Basils Cafe or relax on the lawns overlooking the vineyard with a glass of wine surrounded by nature.

Becks Honey

Becks honey based in Drysdale, they produce local honey from the Bellarine and source popular high quality honeys from beekeepers around Victoria and Tasmania.

Bees of Eden Honey

Bees of Eden produces the best local honey in the region, supporting the organic industry, and bees. They’ve sourced their wildflower Australian raw honey from a local third generation Apiarist dedicated to harvesting 100% Pure Bush Australian honey from native flora away from GM crops and pesticides. The honey is infused with the world’s finest organic plant oils, known for their therapeutic qualities to uplift, relax or renew. Also, it’s not heated beyond hive temperatures!

Bellarine Brewing

A family owned micro brewery and who takes an artisan approach to brewing handcrafted beer in Geelong, Victoria. The brewery is 18 hec 4 vessel brew house with electric kettle. Their signature range includes the Lonsdale Lager, Queenscliff (Honey Wheat) Pale Ale, The Heads (IPA) Ale, & Mussel Stout.

Bellarine Estate

Bellarine Estate operates an award winning restaurant and function facility to complement its award winning wines. Established in 1996 Bellarine Estate is one of the oldest wineries on the Bellarine Peninsula.

Bellarine Smoked Fish Co

All their ingredients are fresh and their curing, cutting, smoking is all done carefully by hand to ensure the finest finished products.   Traditional hand-smoking processes are used to create the delicate and distinctive flavours for which their smokehouse is renowned. From rich creamy pates to silky textured white fish and salmon, delivering the most authentic unique flavours.

Bellbrae Estate

Bellbrae Estate Winery was established in 1999 on a beautiful section of rolling hills, five minutes from world famous Bells Beach, in the Surf Coast region of Victoria.Originally planted to grapes around 150 years ago by Swiss settlers, at one stage the area from Bellbrae to Geelong and beyond was one of Australia’s largest wine growing regions. For most of the 20th century, however, the land had reverted to grazing but the wonderful climate and the enticing north facing slopes led us to plant the first vineyards here for over 100 years – better late than never!

Bells Beach Brewing

They live on the beautiful surf coast of Victoria and love spending as much of their time as possible either at the beach, in the water or mountain biking in the surrounding country-side.  The rest of the time they are working hard to create surf inspired beers to quench their thirst after a hard day of fun.  Through their travels they have sampled beers from all over the world and strive to use these experiences to create beers that are a little different whilst blending in as many ingredients from Australia and NZ.

Berry World

Gorgeous little strawberry farm with very friendly staff. They take you personally through the varieties and provide advice and tasting prior to picking. Bring your friends, children grandies for some guaranteed fun time. There is a cafe where you can enjoy sweets and savoury platters, including strawberry thickshakes, decadent cakes, hot coffee and much more.

Bronx Juice

The Bronx Pressed Juices creates delicious cold pressed juice and juice cleanses that will nourish and hydrate as well as tantalising the taste buds. Their juices are proudly pressed in Geelong and we use only the freshest fruit and vegetables ensuring that each bottle is filled with vitality as well as the maximum amount of vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients.

Brown Magpie Wines

Brown Magpie Wines is nestled into the hinterland of the Otway Ranges. The grapes are wholly estate grown, hand-picked and processed within hours of harvesting. As guardians of the winemaking magic, Brown Magpie Wines encourages the activity of desirable microbes and use clean, science-based practices to eliminate undesirables. Pruning, shoot thinning and disease control is carefully monitored to ensure the highest standard of canopy management and hence quality of fruit.

Camilo Olive Oil

Camilo is a premier producer of Australian extra virgin olive oil and artisan food products. Founded in 2002 by Joan & Peter McGovern, when they planted their first olive trees on the flat plains between the reserve and the river valley. The grove quickly expanded to 12 hectares of Taggiasca, Koroneiki, Pendolino, Kalamata and Corregiola trees. The location provides a great climate, position and soil for growing premium quality olives.

Capi Soft Drinks

They source and blend the best natural ingredients and they don’t use any preservatives. CAPI sparkling fruit sodas and mixers are the perfect refreshment on their own, or can be used to elevate any quality spirit. Clyde Park

Fine wine, magnificent views and luscious fruit are what you can expect from the Clyde Park Vineyard. The setting on the truly unique hills surrounding the Moorabool River, 30 kilometres north of Geelong, Victoria, places Clyde Park at the forefront of cool climate viticulture.

Cockies Beer

The Barrabool Hills Brewing Company, began in the hills just outside of Geelong and lead by Geelong boy and Cockies Master Brewer, Jamie Roydhouse, who produces small batch craft beers. Cockies beer is a craft beer inspired by the lifestyle and location of the surf coast of Victora, Australia.

Crowes Nest Brewery

First established in 1911, the Crowes Railway Station once provided a critical link to and from Lavers Hill to life outside the Otways. Up to seven steam trains a day transported loads of timber, potatoes and firewood to Colac and beyond. In1962, the Beechy line closed down, however, till this day Crowes remains perched up in the nest of the Otways, with its surrounding region producing prime meat, sustainable timber and some bloody good beer.


Curlewis Winery

Curlewis winery specialises in Burgundian-style Pinot Noirs and Chardonnays and Rhone-style Syrah (Shiraz). The winemaking specifics can vary from year to year to adjust to the variations in vintage. Their objective is to maintain continuity of style in preference to reflecting vintage variations.

All of their wine is basket-pressed and cold soaking, hot fermentation and post maceration are some of the techniques employed in the winery. Fermentation is allowed to occur naturally on the wild yeasts from the vineyard. Their Pinot Noir spends up to 18 months on coarse lees in new and old French barriques. The wine is unfined and unfiltered at bottling.

Dairylicious Farm Fudge

Dairylicious Farm Fudge have a unique fudge hand made with all Australian products. All the dairy they use is fresh and from the South West of Victoria. Simpson, Jancourt East in particular. Their Fudge is selling extremely well and and the business is growing rapidly.

Dinny Goonan Wines

Dinny Goonan Wines is a family run winery and vineyard situated in the Otway hinterland. They specialise in the production of cool climate wines made from Shiraz, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognior.

Farr Rising Wines

The Farr estate is located in the Moorabool Valley between Geelong and Ballarat, 100km southwest of Melbourne. Grape growing in this region dates back more than 200 years, with Swiss settlers planting Victoria’s first vineyards here in the early 1800s. The rich volcanic soil and continental climate at our estate produces premium fruit with a flavour, bouquet and colour that is unique to our surrounding area.

Forbidden Fruit Cider is Prickly Moses’ little sister.The Cider is so good it should be a sin! We have three types of ciders. They produce four different ciders, the Forbidden Fruit Cider Original, Forbidden Fruit Cider Organic and two very refreshing seasonal summer ciders, the Apple Berry Cider and the Apple Mango Cider.

Forrest Cordials celebrates real fruit and real flavour. Made from local organic produce, Forrest Cordials reinvents flavoured water and even cocktails.

Forrest Foods

Forrest Foods is owned and run by Paul and Wendy Troughton with the help of their three children Claire, Max and Kaye. The couple also run a successful dairy operation on their farm in Gerangamete in Victoria’s stunning Otway region.

The Troughtons are passionate about sustainable farming and regenerative agriculture and horticulture.

Gorge Chocolates

Gorge Chocolates creates delectable treats using Belgian chocolate. Located just down the road from the world famous Great Ocean Road and the equally famous 12 Apostles, you will find Gorge Chocolates nestled in a serene country location. Gorge Chocolates is a working farm with vineyard, horses, dogs, koalas and over 70 different chocolates.

Gosling Creek Wine

Gosling Creek flows from the Great Otway National Park through fern gullies and picturesque rolling countryside to the Barwon River. The vineyard is located on the northern slopes, where the maritime influences of Bass Strait make an ideal location for cool climate grapes.

Grassy Point Wines

Established in 1997 Grassy Point Wine’s 100% estate-grown, cool climate wines have been awarded with much success. Their plantings include Pinot Noir, Shiraz, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Malbec.

They attribute their success to the low-yielding vines being planted in a northerly aspect in sandy loam soil and to the moderating influence of the maritime climate. Robert, the vigneron, tends the vines and the hand pruning and picking is assisted by our caring, enthusiastic team of seasonal workers, friends and family! Well-known wine-maker, Scott Ireland of Provenance Wines, converts the quality fruit into quality wines.

Hello Coffee is a local coffee brand from Apollo Bay. At Tastes of the Region we sell their Daily Coffee Blend. The Daily Blend is a meticulously crafted blend of specialty Honduran, Sumatran, and Ethiopian coffees. It’s your go-to morning blend, bursting at the seams with a rich, full body and sweet tropical fruit. Hello Coffee designed it to punch through a morning flat white.

Hepburn Waters

Their portfolio of beverages includes a diverse mix of Australian and imported non-alcoholic products, which include soft drinks, juices – both fresh and long life, mineral waters, energy drinks, coffees as well as other complimentary products like biscuits and chips.

Hepburn is a family run business that has been operating for 20 years and prides itself on great customer service, servicing our customers on a regular basis, whether they are a small corner store or a major chain store.

Irrewarra Sourdough

Sunlight streams into Irrewarra bakery through large glass windows and their bakers look out over ploughed paddocks and grazing cows. Their bread is imbued with the fresh country air, and the filtered water used in our dough comes straight from the Otway Ranges. Surrounded by the remnants of a 120-year-old garden, this picturesque, historical setting sits well with their traditional bread-making techniques.

Irrewarra Wines

The vineyard sits at the top of the slope facing large water reserves ‘Salt Lake’ and the ‘Calvert Lough’ to the north.

It is a site that shows great fruit expression with a deceptively long and mineral palate. Vintage occurs during April after quite a long growing season.

For many years we have been collecting chili seeds from all over the world to enable us to supply you with a large assortment of fine chili seeds. Within our private collection we have well over 2000 varieties, strains and unique hybrids At JungleRain we grow all our own organic chili to be processed into our hot chili products.

La Madre Bakery

La Madre Bakery scours the land for the finest ingredients using freshly milled flours, filtered water, pure sea salt and natural air borne yeast. Where possible, they use tasty local heroes like the Kalamata olives in our Olive Sourdough, sourced right here in Victoria from the wonderful Mount Zero. And, of course, it is a definite ‘No’ to nasty preservatives and additives.

And it’s not just about them, it’s actually all about you. They’re committed to quality and consistency in every item we offer you and have some serious bread aficionados in their office there to answer queries you may have about any of their products.

Lana’s Garden

Lana’s Garden is based in Warrnambool and 90% of the rhubarb in their products is grown in their back yard. Currently there are four products in Lana’s Garden range of rhubarb preserves. Rhubarb and Raspberry Jam, Rhubarb Relish, Rhubarb Coulis and a savoury Rhubarb Sauce. Lana’s Garden products are handmade in small batches, each batch is individual in colour depending on the varieties used. All products are gluten free and do not contain artificial colours, artificial flavours or artificial preservatives.

Lethbridge Wines

The passion for wine drove them to a tree change, and in 2003 after 7 years of balancing careers in science and running a vineyard and winery, we made Lethbridge Wines their reison d’etre.

Their aim is to produce natural, savory wines that focus on balance and texture with a real sense of place or terroir.

Lonsdale Tomato Farm

At Lonsdale Tomato Farm they pride themselves on producing the finest and freshest tomatoes, lettuce, herbs and homemade chutney on the Bellarine Peninsula.

​They tend to all of our plants by hand; nurturing, preening, pruning, pollinating, plumping and hand picking to ensure our seasonal fruit and veggies are the highest quality their customers can buy.

Love Tea Geelong

At Love Tea, they skillfully craft, blend and pack each of their products in Australia. They collaborate with growers and small scale cooperatives around the world to fairly source organic ingredients. They thoughtfully design each of their unique products, to ensure optimum therapeutic benefit, exceptional flavour and minimal impact on the environment. They hope their tea inspires you to make time to appreciate the quiet moments, take care of your health, and to share great tea with the people you love.

Mahalia Coffee

The core philosophies of Mahalia Coffee are the pursuit of perfection and variety in flavour through the natural intrinsic flavours of coffee. They use no artificial flavour enhancers or additions. Each coffee origin used in their blends is chosen for its own integral flavour qualities and sourced from the entire global coffee farm.

Manzanillo Grove

Manzanillo Grove, is a biodynamtic grove with over 4500 olive trees and 7 different varieties, is owned and operated by the Kint Family. The Bellarine Peninsula and their Olives in particular have a distinctive flavour that is much sought after by discerning buyers.

Manzanillo Olive Oil is not heat extracted at any stage of production and therefore is of the highest quality and has a flavour unique to their grove.

Marcus Hill Wine

Their intention is to grow premium quality grapes in an environment where natural balance is encouraged.

The vineyard is part of a small farm with substantial plantings of indigenous trees and shrubs which are home to a wide variety of birds and other creatures which provide natural pest control for the vines – no pesticides are required.  The vines receive minimal watering and a variety of natural fertilisers are used to encourage soil and plant health.

Mason’s Creek Olive Oil

Their focus is on small volume production of superior extra virgin olive oil, using sustainable growing approaches that ensure excellent quality whilst protecting our environment. What differentiates them from most other growers is that their trees are dry-grown. That means that they do not irrigate, so the trees survive on whatever natural rainfall there is. This usually means the trees yield less fruit, but they believe that is more than compensated for by the concentration of flavour and improved quality.

McGlashan Wines

Russell and Jan McGlashan began establishment of their 10 hectare vineyard at 225 Swan Bay Road, Wallington in 1995. Four varieties are now planted including Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Shiraz.  Seven wines are produced including a lightly wooded Chardonnay, a Sparkling Chardonnay/Pinot Noir and a Rosé.

The sandy loam over buck shot clay provides the perfect soil structure for production of their premium cool climate wines. Winemaker, Robin Brocket uses French Oak to mature the wines for twelve months prior to bottling.


Mermerus Vineyard was established in 1996, and occupies part of the eastern slope of Murradoc Hill on the Bellarine peninsula.

Production is centred in their on-site winery and grapes are sourced mainly from the estate, with a small amount of fruit from local vineyards being used in some years.

Moorabool Valley Chocolate

Moorabool Valley Chocolate began in May 2005, operating from a farmhouse kitchen built in the 1920s. That was soon outgrown, and a bedroom at the front of the house was converted into a commercial kitchen.

Owner and chocolatier, Lynne Meek, is responsible for the planning and creation of the chocolate range and cafe items. She learned her craft at the Melbourne’s prestigious Savour Chocolate & Patisserie School, where chocolatiers from all over our region receive their training. Our team of chocolatiers takes pride in bringing you custom-made, unique chocolate creations.

Moorabool Valley Wine

The Moorabool Valley represents one of Australia’s finest cool climate wine regions with a fast growing reputation for boutique wineries producing premium hand crafted wines.

Family owned and operated wineries dominate the Valley giving visitors the opportunity to meet with the people who tend the vines and produce the wide range of classic and alternative wines on offer.

Oakdene Wines

Established in 2001, Oakdene‘s boutique vineyard is located in Wallington (near Ocean Grove) on the Bellarine Peninsula, approximately 20kms east of Geelong and 90kms South of Melbourne. The region enjoys a cool, maritime climate moderating our weather patterns, resulting in a long cool growing season; producing low yields of high quality fruit.

Dedication to excellence in the vineyard and winery has produced immediate results, with wines awarded medals and trophies in major wine shows, and a 5 star rating in James Halliday’s Australian Wine Companion for the past four years.

One day Estate

You can relax and enjoy Oneday Estate’s beautiful and refreshing sea breezes and views while you taste the estate’s small batches of handcrafted pinot noir, shiraz or riesling. Drop in and say hello and Oneday Estate can discuss all your needs.

The estate is open to the public for lunch on Sundays from 12:00pm onwards, with fresh paella and other dishes such as Thai chicken curry cooked in front of you and served with salad and crunchy bread, as well as live music, picnic rugs and cheese platters to enjoy.

Otway Chef

Otway Chef combines sea salts infused with the flavour of pure, natural ingredients in a way that offers both professional and home chefs the oportunity to create memorable dishes with little effort. Otway Chef hand cruches the spice blends using a mortar and pestle and harvest as many fresh, local ingredients as possible, giving you a taste reflective of the beauty and uniqueness of the world renowed Otway Region and Great Ocean Road.

Otway Fields

Located in Gerangamete, at Otway Fields they create beautiful award winning jams, chutneys and many other preserves using only local and organically grown produce, following organic food growing practises and not using any chemicals on the products. The chooks are free range and enjoy the run of their farmyard.

Otway Pasta Company

Otway Pasta Company is a small boutique pasta manufacturer located in the Otway Region of Victoria. There pasta truely stands out, because they only use “true” Free Range local Eggs and a special blend of Durum Wheat Semolina, “00” White Flour and Organic Khorasan Flour. These flours are the highest quality available in Australia. Khorasan is an “ancient’ grain and imparts a wonderful flavour and texture to the pasta. The pasta is manufactured using an authentic Italian process on a machine that was imported from Italy over 30 years ago.

Ponda Estate

Ponda Estate is a small family owned vineyard situated on the Bellarine Peninsula in the Geelong wine region of Victoria.

The premium wines produced at the vineyard have been hand-picked and expertly crafted to capture the spirit and character of The Bellarine.

Prickly Moses Handcrafted Beer

Our most popular craft beer! After many years of research (and many samples of beer) the decision was made Prickly Moses was born. Blessed with the availability of pure Otway rainwater, Prickly Moses brew all of their beers with this ‘gift from the gods’. It is well known that you need good water to make good beer and there’s nothing better than water from the lush rainforest. The beers are prickly by name…smooth by nature.

Ravens Creek Farm

Ravens Creek Farm are owned by the Findlays. Over the past seven years, they have been redeveloping the 90 acre property. In this time they have converted a humble beef farm providing minimal income, into a biodiverse, naturally regenerating environment with a wide variety of stacked enterprises.

Raspberries and a range of brambleberries were planted at Ravens Creek Farm in September 2011. The berries are now available to pick your own in December and January every year.

Rowsley Fault Wines

Their vines are hardy, drought resistant beasts, with deep rooting systems that have sought out natural water supply from limestone and mineral enriched soils. Our fruit delivers a naturally concentrated, complex flavour profile and intense aromatics. Low yields are a given, but the reward is in award winning powerful wines that appeal to a European biased palate.

Scotchmans Hill

Established in 1982, Scotchmans Hill is located in the heart of the Bellarine Peninsula. A producer of premium cool maritime climate wines, Scotchmans Hill has been a leading local winery for over thirty years and is rated among James Halliday’s Top 100 Australian Wineries. Bellarine Peninsula grown labels include Cornelius, Scotchmans Hill and Swan Bay. The immaculately maintained vineyards overlook Port Phillip Bay, and the wines are a true reflection of this environment. Other labels are also developed both from the greater Geelong area as well as key winemaking regions of Australia and New Zealand.

Seabright Salt

Southern Bay Brewing

Tanybryn Park Limousins

At Tanybryn Park Limousins they aim to breed docile, easy calving, polled animals with good structure, suited to a variety of purposes. They also make sure they assess the animals when they have good structure and muscles. All the limousins they breed are tested for a variety of genetic markers – the double muscling gene, horned/poll status, disease carrier status, colour etc. Bulls are semen tested before sale and all animals are vaccinated to give them the best start possible.

Terindah Estate Wines

Terindah Estate is situated on The Bellarine, part of the historical Geelong wine region which boasts some of Australia’s finest winemakers. Low rainfall, cool winds across the bay and a cool climate ensures wines with great flavour. Terindah Estate produces Sparkling, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Rose, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel & Shiraz.

Timboon Railway Shed Distillery

The whisky they make at the Timboon Railway Shed Distillery is a single malt whisky, distilled in a pot still, using malted barley as the only grain ingredient. The inspirations are the great single malts of Scotland and the Isles, so it’s only natural that the whisky is made to the same time honoured traditions.

Wes Eggs

Their vision at WesEggs is to be a family owned producer and purveyor of genuine and true, pasture raised free range eggs. To be an industry leader, that is economically successful and socially responsible, by using sustainable and regenerative farming methods.

Their ladies do not have trimmed beaks or clipped wings. WesEggs hens have the freedom to exhibit their natural behaviour of scratching and foraging for insects, wings flapping and dust bathing. A natural high protein diet, not only improves the health and happiness of the hen, but also the egg quality.

Wildings Pantry Essentials

At Wildings Pantry Essentials, they are one of the few producers that still passionately make everything by hand in their kitchen at St Leonards, on the Bellarine Peninsula of Victoria.

All their products have been cleverly designed and crafted to provide versatility yet are brilliant in their simplicity.

Wirruna Winery

Wirruna Park started out as a nursery in the 1960’s, and later became very well known for its magnificent gardens. Wirruna became a popular destination for weddings, concerts and even TV programmes. Sadly the nursery fell on hard times and closed in 2007. The property was bought by Katharine and Richard Rahdon in 2008, and the restoration began. Their vineyard of only 1 acre was planted in 2009 using 5 year-old transplanted Pinot Gris from nearby Portarlington. Remarkably 2012 was the vineyard’s first vintage, and it took the Geelong Wine Show by storm. Their winemaker is Will Derham, from Banks Road Winery.
